We hire people who love working with groups of elementary and/or middle school aged children. We provide the training and supplies. You provide your experience and personality. Our instructors must have a dependable car and prior experience working with groups of children. If you enjoy working with children and are looking to work only a few hours per week, this is the job for you! Art experience helpful, but not necessary. We welcome retired teachers and college students studying Developmental Education seeking to work with school aged children. Must be upbeat – “Kid Magnets" welcome!

Here's how you get to
Gethsemane Baptist Church, our training site:
The church is very near Glenelg High School.
Gethsemane Baptist Church, 14135 Burntwoods Road, Glenwood, MD
21738. If you take Rte. 97, Burntwoods road is a turn directly off
97. You must follow a jog to the left to stay on Burntwoods.
There are several churches on this road, but watch for Gethsemane on your right after completing the jog (before the
traffic circle and Glenelg High School). If you take 32, watch for the
exit for "Burntwoods Road/ Ten Oaks Road" directly from 32. Follow
signage to stay on Burntwoods (around a traffic circle or two, depending on
which way you're coming from on 32). The church is about a mile down
Burntwoods, just past the high school and another traffic circle, on the
left.
